Small Guelph bathrooms, better layouts
A lot of Guelph homes — especially the older ones near downtown and Exhibition Park — have main bathrooms under 40 square feet. The win there is rarely more fixtures; it is a curbless shower instead of a tub, a wall-hung vanity to open the floor, better lighting and large-format tile with fewer grout lines. We will sketch the options with you at the quote stage so you can see the difference before committing.
