Free, no obligation quoteHome additions in Kitchener, built by one crew start to finish
When a family outgrows a house, the answer is usually more space rather than a new address. Coles Custom Renovations has spent 16 years adding living space for homeowners in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph — opening up load-bearing walls, framing new rooms, finishing lower levels into legal bedrooms, and carrying the work through to trim, paint and cabinetry. The same small crew handles framing and finishing, so nothing gets lost between trades, and every project is backed by our 5 year written warranty.
